1. What we do

Brilliant Unicorn Ltd operates a solar lead-matching service and fintech infrastructure consulting. We are not a solar installer, EPC contractor, or licensed electrical contractor. We connect you with third-party installers and provide technical advisory services.

2. No guarantee of quotes or installation

Submitting a lead form does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that a project will proceed, or that any specific savings will be achieved. Installers make their own independent decisions about whether to quote, and pricing is outside our control.

3. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Inaccurate details (e.g., incorrect bill amounts, wrong location) may result in mismatched recommendations or rejected leads.

4. Installer independence

Installers in our network are independent businesses. We vet them for licensing, references, and warranty terms, but we do not control their workmanship, pricing, timelines, or contractual terms. Any dispute between you and an installer is a matter between you and them. We will assist in good faith where possible, but we are not liable for installer performance.

5. Our fees

Our solar lead-matching service is free to homeowners and businesses. We are compensated by installers through pre-agreed finder's fees or commissions on completed installations. There are no hidden charges to you.

Fintech consulting engagements are billed separately under individual statements of work.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, code, and branding — is the property of Brilliant Unicorn Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brilliant Unicorn Ltd is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our matching service
• Losses related to solar installation quality, delays, or pricing
• Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim — which, for lead matching, is zero.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
