By accessing Brilliant Unicorn LLC services, you agree to be bound by these sovereign engineering standards. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our infrastructure immediately.

02. No Financial Advice

Software such as RQE (Resilient Quant Engine) is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. We are engineers, not financial advisors. All high-throughput logic is used at your own risk.

03. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, SIMD optimizations, and design patterns remain the exclusive property of Brilliant Unicorn LLC unless explicitly released under an Open Source license.
