Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Frameworks

All digital products (including The Builder Bundle, AI Business Automation, LLC & Umbrella Setup, Products That Last, and any other instant-access Notion-based frameworks) are final sale.

Because these are digital goods that can be instantly downloaded and accessed, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and access has been granted.

2. Implementation Support & Consulting Packages

Implementation Support (System Audit, Build Blueprint, Full Provisioning) is a service. No refunds will be issued once the service has started (i.e., after the first call or delivery of any materials).

If you have not yet begun implementation, we may consider a refund within 7 days of purchase, minus any transaction fees.

3. Technical Issues

If a digital product fails to deliver or is technically defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. A full refund will only be considered if we are unable to provide working access within 14 business days.

4. Subscription Products

For any recurring subscriptions (if applicable), you may cancel at any time. However, we do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle.
